• does the probe work on small shaft diameters? For shafts below 13 mm, expect some scale factor change. Reducing the initial gap helps maintain accuracy — see Figure 12 in the full manual.
• is the probe pressure tested before shipment? Standard units are not pressure tested. Contact our custom department (Ubest Automation) if you need a validated pressure seal.
• what tools do i need for installation? Only finger‑tight torque for the tip, and a torque wrench for the case if you apply the full 11.3 N·m.
