DI830 Digital Input Module
Description
The DI830 is a 16-channel digital input module designed for 24 V d.c. inputs with current sinking within the S800 I/O system. It operates within an input voltage range of 18 to 30 V d.c., with an input current of 6 mA at 24 V d.c.
Eight types of MTUs can be used with the DI830, including extended and compact MTUs offering various connection options and features.
Event Recording The DI830 module supports event recording (SOE) functionality, announcing signal changes at digital input channels with a time stamp. Events are generated on both positive and negative edges of the signal, with a time stamp resolution of 0.4 milliseconds.
