The CC-TDOB01 51308371-175 Digital Output 24V Module offers an advanced method of protecting output power. In the event of a short circuit in the field, the module's output circuits detect the over-current condition and promptly shut down the output. This action places the affected point into Manual mode and generates an Over-current Soft Failure alarm. The failure condition is maintained until the short circuit is resolved and the point returns to supplying the proper current.
